First, I got quoted in LJDQ. Check it out.

Second, I just realized that I'm going to have to work this semester. I actually have French homework [gasp]. This might not sound like a big deal to most people, but considering I never had French homework last fall, this is a big change. Actually, everything is a big change, except I have Dr. Lewin again [for FYS, and in the same room too!], meaning that I'll have to do insane amounts of work, but not as much as I had to do in 204. Throw in fencing and the two maths, and even I'm starting to doubt my sanity.

Speaking of French, though, today was the first day of French. I'm starting to see the familiarity trend, as I sat with Anna and Meg from 202. Hmm. We just read aloud from the introduction [a summary of France-US relations] and listened as Dr. McRae went off on tangents. I volunteered to read so he wouldn't have to call on me, and I skipped all the numbers in parentheses since they weren't overly important.

Homework [since I don't really have a daily planner]:
Linear Algebra: those problems listed under today in the syllabus (tonight)
Multivariable: Read Section 12.3, Exercises 12.3: 1, 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 23, 25, 26, 27 (Wednesday, but he said he didn't really expect us to do the exercises before then. That's good, since I'm trying to figure out the end of 12.2. I've been teaching myself a lot of it.)
FYS: Pick one image of zero or infinity, write about it, and bring it to class (before Tuesday afternoon)
français: Lis chapitre un et repondez aux questions (avant mercredi après-midi)

I guess I should get started on all this, then.

Ooo.... Dr. McRae gave homework! *gasp*

Actually, I'm not surprised. He gave us homework everyday..... He just never checked it or graded it.

He's making us [gasp] type ours. Double space, in French, you know (or don't know) the deal. Apparently he's going to grade it too since it's on the syllabus. Darn.
