calvin and hobbes: demand euphoria

(no subject)

First: I finally (finally!) have all my grades, including a breakdown of my FYS grade from Dr. Lewin, which makes up for receiving that one a day late. I've updated this entry to reflect the final changes. Still, I have a 3.75 GPA for the term and 3.625 for the year, so I can't complain much.

Today was a girls' day [okay, late afternoon/evening] out. Dee, Ashley, and I went bowling and to the mall. Ashley's really good at bowling (she scored several strikes), while Dee and I are really good at scoring gutter balls. Actually, I did get one strike toward the end, of which I was really proud because that rarely happens.

After that we went to the mall, where Ashley found a twenty-dollar bill on the ground and used it to pay for something she needed to pay. [We meant to stop by a bank so she could get some cash, but we forgot.] I also found an eight-CD set of classical stuff for only twenty dollars, most of which I don't already have. [gasp] That rocked my evening. Then we ate at a Mexican place in the food court and returned to Georgia. Yes, I know that sounds weird, but it's true--I really do have to go to Tennessee to find things to do. That reminds me. It's time to raid McKays again. I'll do that sometime this summer.
