My Away Messages

It just occurred to me that my "reading" away message sounds a wee bit emo or even suicidal:

Escaping this mundane world of mine, entering a place where nothing's the same. Leave a message if you want to talk/need to talk/can't bear another minute without me. I promise nothing.

Actually, most of the away messages that I've composed recently are along those lines. Take the "nostalgia" message:

Digging through remnants of my past, seeing what made me who I am now. Leave a message if you want to talk/need to talk/can't bear another minute without me. I promise nothing.

I think I'm a fan of the semi-poetic prose right now, even though I'm too lazy to make all nineteen away messages sound that way. Of course, the away messages that I wrote way back are more obvious, like "food", "sleep", "laundry", and "be right back". Oh, and shower, although no one has asked where the line comes from. Oh well.

I finished Prisoner of Azkaban today, which is very possibly my very favourite in the series. I'll start Goblet of Fire tomorrow.

The headache is still there. Grah.

I'm also cooking stuffed pasta shells tomorrow, something I haven't eaten in ages. This should be interesting.
