I once saw people catch a homeless man and cover him in spray paint for a laugh. They ruined his few things- including the blanket he was wrapped in when they found him, beat him up, and ran off. It seemed to be some sort of TV show, maybe one that didn't make production or something. It was awful.

The described act was fascinating in its disgusting nature. But what drew me was the manner in which the writer treated it. Almost matter-of-fact in her derision of it. After all, how WOULD one go about thinking up these sorts of acts of depravity?

Wolfbagging

I grew up watching open wheel racing in the mid-70's. Back then, safety was secondary. With that in mind, I'd say Roger William's fiery (and senseless) death during the 1973 Dutch Grand Prix has to be the worst.

In this video clip, David Purley parked his race car on the side of the track and tried to save his teammate's life. While Roger cried for David to help him, David tried to put out the fire and overturn the race car. Track marshals wore street clothes and were armed with only one fire extinguisher.

Sadly, the fire truck was at the start/finish line --less than a quarter mile away. Race organizers did not stop the race or allow the fire truck to drive against traffic to get to Williamson. They had to drive around the circuit clockwise to get to him.

The fire erupted for nine minutes before the fire truck arrived at the scene.

The tragic part of this accident was the lack of communication. Competitors racing by the accident scene thought Purley was turning over his own race car and didn't know Williamson was trapped until after the race was over.

It was a video from Bosnia. Rape, beheading, firing squads. Oh and torture. The bound one guy up and had him raped by a pig. When my bf realized I was in the room (he and a bunch of other guys were watching it at a party) he stopped the video and grabbed me and pulled me out of the room. I was so horrified I couldn't stop watching.

In an 'I'm amused' note: My dad called me when he'd first gotten a computer about 6 years ago. He apparently been sent a video, downloaded it and watched it. Like me, unable to look away. Was an Asian girl, in a bathtub, squirting her poo up into the air and catching it with her mouth. Audibly swallowing it with lots of enjoyment. He said he hadn't been able to eat for a week. And was still nauseas. My poor dad who's seen almost everything, couldn't handle that.

Remember that police video of the guy in the interrogation room just like, cheerfully blowing his own brains out? That fucked my shit up.
